Volutone has been proud to serve you and we look forward to our continued business together, but we need your assistance. In the past 5 years we have expanded to over 40 locations across in North America, launched Partner Rewards and a competitive Freight Program to make sure you get product when you need it. It is time for the next stage of our integration journey in becoming a Snap One Partner Store, please review the details below.

What’s happening?

  • It’s mostly business as usual for you but we have a completely new ERP system on the back end which will allow us to better integrate our businesses over the long term.
  • Your new website for transaction will be this one! Initially the functionality will be like the Volutone.com website. However, there are big changes coming that will allow you to see order history, invoices, and account maintenance.
  • Your account number was provided to you by email, which is the same as your Snap One account number if you were previously setup with one.
  • We encourage you to explore this website. Purchasing for your account will not be active until the conversion date for your location but you can get ready by logging in and activating your account today! (details below)

What do I need to do?

  • Verify your login by reviewing the email that was sent you
  • In most cases, your login is your email address
  • Activate your account by resetting your password.
  • Please select forgot my password and it will prompt you to reset. That’s it! If you are the primary account holder you will be able to manage your sub-users which are also receiving the same instructions on how to activate their account.

Protection & Security

We will not be transferring your credit card number to your new account for your protection. Please reach out to your branch team to have your payment method updated on your new system account.  Our team will also reach out as we inch closer to make sure there is no disruptive in your service. This process is very fast and only takes a few moments to update. Your patience and understanding during this process is appreciated.

  1. Is this a brand-new system?  I have had horror stories of companies changing systems.
    1. Glad you asked.  As a matter of fact our new systems have been in some of our newer locations since June of last year.  We are starting to convert branches because we have a high level of confidence in our ability to maintain and improve service levels.

  2. Will I still be able to order on Volutone.com?
    1. Yes and no.  We are migrating all partners to the new website upon conversion.  We also know that some habits are hard to break, and technology doesn’t always cooperate.  We are going to keep it open but manually move orders into the new systems.  Once we know you are successfully able to log in and shop, we will start to restrict access to the old system.

  3. What happens to the open order I have in the old system.
    1. Don’t worry, those are bring moved over and you will keep your place in line.  Nothing you need to do here.

  4. Does anything change with my credit lines or status with the transition.
    1. Not at all.  All credit lines and information transfer.

  5. What if I have open credits or invoices on my account?
    1. No problem, they will all be moved to the new system.
    2. As a part of this transition, you will begin receiving account statements twice a month from this email address XXX

  6. Will I still be able to get shipments from other locations.
    1. Yes, you will however the locations may change slightly.  We have other stores that are already on our new system and those will be the locations we ship from.  We are committed to be the deepest stocking supplier you have.

  7. Where do I send my payments after migration?
    1. See the NEW mailing addresses below for payment information. This information can also be found on the bottom of all Snap One Partner Store invoices and statements.
